In Honour Of Our Donor

This room is dedicated to our donor, Ante Topić Mimara. Led by appreciation of beauty and a true esthetic joy in collecting works of art, he created the many faceted collection that formed the holdings of what is today Mimara Museum.
The collection of wall hangings and furniture exhibited here recreate the atmosphere of Topić's home, so full of beautiful things. We can put here only a small selection of the things that surrounded him in his everyday life and which showed the breadth of his enthusiasm for art.
