Abraham Brueghel
Abraham Brueghel is one of the fourth generation of the famous Flemish family of painters. He got his first teaching from his father Jan Brueghel the Younger, but very young, probably at his father's suggestion, left Flanders for Italy. He stayed some time in Rome and went periodically to Sicily, but most of his life he lived in Naples. Here, as the leading artist, he had a considerable influence on painting in that city.
